The Red-crowned Crane is the endangered crane species, with a total population in the wild under 2,000 birds.

Red Crown Cranes can live up to 60 years; they are mate for life, although rarely one crane may take a new mate if its partner dies.

The beautiful Red Crown Crane has been featured in the traditions of many nations as a symbol of importance, longevity, and fidelity in marriage.

We protect the Red Crown Crane also protect the idea “fidelity in marriage.”
